'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with a straightforward vision: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family launched our small, family-owned pizzeria in 1985, boasting ancestral recipes passed down through the years.

Marco Bianchi, the pioneer of our establishment, acquired her pizza-crafting skills across Italy, mentoring with expert pizza chefs in Naples - the cradle of pizza. Following her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the quintessential taste of classic Italian pizza, emphasizing traditional techniques and superb quality ingredients.

From our humble beginnings as a quaint 12-seat pizza shop to becoming a cherished locale, our devotion to excellence and purity has never faltered. The same wood-burning ovens are in operation, our dough is prepared from scratch routinely, and we maintain our search for the most exceptional ingredients available.

To this day, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is a family-held and managed enterprise, now steered by the second-generation Bianchis, steering our dedicated team. While we have adopted some contemporary flair, the essence of our mission remains: baking delicious, authentic pizzas that draw people together.
